Division: Assistant Outbound Coordinator

Job Description:

• Assists Outbound Coordinator in preparing, briefing, checking student applications and files.
•  General administrative support for the entire department, including handling incoming phone calls and mailing, and assisting with filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
•  Assist with general desktop publishing needs and coordinate the production of the newsletter, which includes gathering information from all divisions of the institution.
•  Assist in camps and meetings.
• Data entry as per the needs of the Outbound Department in collaboration with the Information Systems Coordinator

Qualification:

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree
• Age between 20-28
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
• Ability to read and write English
• Proficient within personal computer environments; MS Office applications
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as deemed necessary
• Ability to drive with a valid license will be an advantage
